MUTUAL GOVERNANCE

A member-first model — no shareholders, no dividendsAt CGPM, all contributions are reinvested directly into member benefits.To ensure fairness and long-term sustainability, healthcare reimbursements (medical care, physiotherapy, ambulance) are funded through an annual budget.In exceptional cases where total claims exceed this budget, a transparent proportional adjustment may be applied.In recent years, this has not been necessary — 100% of valid claims have been reimbursed.Birth allowances and death benefits are not affected by this mechanism and are secured through dedicated provisions.
