MUTUAL GOVERNANCE

A member-first model — no shareholders, no dividends At CGPM, all contributions are reinvested directly into member benefits. To ensure fairness and long-term sustainability, healthcare reimbursements (medical care, physiotherapy, ambulance) are funded through an annual budget. In exceptional cases where total claims exceed this budget, a transparent proportional adjustment may be applied. In recent years, this has not been necessary — 100% of valid claims have been reimbursed. Birth allowances and death benefits are not affected by this mechanism and are secured through dedicated provisions.

At CGPM, contributions are managed responsibly and efficiently to maximize member benefits. All decisions are explained transparently Approved by the Board of Directors and General Assembly Annual reporting on how funds are used Every member has a voice at the General Assembly. We provide an accessible annual summary and remain available to answer any questions. Any change (new benefits or adjustments) is communicated clearly in advance, including: effective date reasons behind the decision

SIMPLE REIMBURSEMENT PROCESS

Simple. Fast. Efficient. One submission is enough (online, email, or post) Payments are usually made within 20 working days after validation To ensure fairness: Claims are grouped annually Submitted between January 1 and March 31 of the following year This allows: fair distribution among members efficient processing In recent years, 100% of valid claims have been reimbursed Birth and death benefits can be requested at any time
